For the longevity of your CHARM CANDY piece,  we recommend following the care instructions listed below.

How to care for your CHARM CANDY jewellery:

• Jewellery should be kept in an airtight jewellery box
• Avoid contact with perfume and cosmetics
• Keep away from moisture

If you are not completely satisfied with the wear of a particular charm on your CHARM CANDY piece, we will replace it with a new charm of your choice for the cost of the new charm.  Shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.

Charm Candy will replace a lost charm within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. After which, we will replace any lost charms when a new charm is purchased through Charm Candy.
