CHARM CANDY pieces are usually ready to ship within 3-5 days after purchase.
FREE in-person pick-up is available in Thornhill, Ontario.
At this time, shipping is only offered within Canada at the following rates,

RETURNS
NO REFUNDS will be offered on Sale or Regular Priced items.

EXCHANGES are available on Large, Medium & Small CHARMS only, within 7 days upon receipt of delivery
- Replacement CHARM must be equal or greater value of the CHARM being returned
- RETURN and EXCHANGE shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser
